The organization is led by Mrs. Abirami, the mother of a differently-abled boy. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), has successfully cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professors, conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Mrs. Abirami previously worked as a Lecturer in a leading Tamil Nadu university for two years. She resigned from this position to dedicate herself to working for children with disabilities and focusing on the prevention of disabilities at birth. In this capacity, she practices Drama Therapy with special children, their parents, teachers, and B.Ed. students.
She is supported by Ms. Sharmila Devi, who holds an M.Phil. in Social Work and serves as the Financial Trustee for The Nature Trust. Ms. SharmilaDevi’s active guidance, participation, and presentations have significantly helped numerous Social Work students advance to higher career positions, illuminating the core values of the profession through her dedication.
The other Board Trustees bring a diverse range of expertise to the organization, including strong backgrounds in curriculum development and teaching, practical vocational skill development, and sustainable livestock management (cattle rearing), among other specialized fields.
